APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

Application documents should be submitted to the Research Centre in one copy. They can be filed all the year round.

• Application for the grant of Plant Breeder's Right (PBR) -  form - .doc format
• Technical questionnaire - catalogue of documents
• A copy of bank receipt of application fee remittance
• Authorization for a representative of the breeder - in case a variety is applied by the representative  document - .doc format

Please note that if the breeder does not provide the plant material - for DUS testing - requested within the time allowed, the application will be refused.
