In accordance with the Article 10 of the Act of 23 June 2022 on organic farming and organic production (OJ of 2022, item 1370)
and Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production
and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 (OJ of EU L 150, 14.06.2018)
as well as with delegated or implementing acts adopted pursuant to that Regulation, plant reproductive material
of organic heterogeneous material may be placed on the market once it has been included in the list
of organic heterogeneous material maintained by the Research Centre for Cultivar Testing (COBORU).
Notification - application for entry of the plant reproductive material to the organic
heterogeneous material list submits to the Director of COBORU the supplier who will place this material
on the market, called the applicant, at any time, on the following form:
This notification shall be sent by registered letter requesting an acknowledgement of receipt.
Together with the submission of the application, the applicant shall deliver a representative sample of plant reproductive material to the Central Seed Storage, at the following address:

Where the criterion of compliance of the notified plant reproductive material with the provisions of Regulation 2018/848
(Article 3 point 57) and delegated or implementing acts adopted pursuant to that Regulation
(Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/1189 of 7 May 2021 supplementing Regulation (EU)
2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the production and marketing of plant
reproductive material of organic heterogeneous material of particular genera or species
(OJ of EU L 258, 20.07.2021) is met, no later than 3 months after the date of submission of the application,
the notified plant reproductive material shall be included in the list of organic heterogeneous material.
That listing is free of charge to the supplier.
