After addition of a variety to the Polish National List (NLI), in case he list of natural persons who participated in breeding or discovering and developing of a variety, has been attached to the application for NLI, given person may apply for issuing of a certificate confirming their participation in breeding or discovering and developing of the variety.

A receipt of stamp duty remittance of 17 PLN should be attached to the application, according to the art. 1, par. 1, point 1b and par. 2, appendix part II par. 21 of The Law of November 16, 2006 on stamp duty (OJ of 2020, item 1546; with amendments).
